Stubbs injured her hind leg, seen here, around July 3rd. It was limp and dragging and she would not eat. We have seen her a few times since then splooted on the fences and not eating. Today she showed up for food and gobbled some almonds & walnuts & ran off with one. Still limping, but better.💔❤️

Happy 3 Year Gotcha Day for Penelope. This was the ride home. No leash, no collar, stinky shelter stank, shedding all over the place.

I replaced the old faucet. Only one extra trip for plumber's putty. This is one tiny bathroom. It was added on at some point when they covered up the kitchen fireplace and made a half bath behind it. Only 3'x5' in size, the sink is mid-thigh at 30" high, the door is 5'10" tall. I am 6'2".

Still can't believe this is a real doggy.

The joys of galvanized sprinkler pipes. Found the sprinkler head was snapped. Fixed that. Saw a leak. Dug some dirt. Found the leak. Dug some more. Found more leak. Hope there aren't more.

Today I learned that there is a colony of feral bunny rabbits living near me. This is after posting on Ring Neighbors about a cute black bunny hopping around the streets. I posted because two people have dinged my doorbell asking if it was mine. We did try to catch it once. Didn't happen.

I wonder if there is a way to be buried like 50 feet down after I die. Archaeologists dig me up in 10,000 years thinking I died a violent death when it is just me being a dumb klutz injuring myself while doing home improvements.

Nemo was able to get a treat.

Nemo is very well behaved when it is time for breakfast. He goes outside and waits patiently.
