I Saw The TV Glow fucked me up. The film makes you feel weird and uncomfortable from the first scene and it never stops. Every moment is eery and liminal, and you feel like you are slowly being buried alive or losing your mind. By the time it's over you might not be sure if you are a real person.
So yeah, super relatable, lol. There were many times where I was struck by how closely the movie mirrored my own life experiences. I highly recommend it, though it is one of those movies you might only ever be able to watch once.
