Killing thousands of people in developing nations with his vaccine lies is much worse than eating a dog, but if this is what it takes to permanently tank his public image I'll take it.
Seriously, he is partly responsible for the measles outbreak in Samoa that killed like 80 people. But we don’t actually care about dead people so if a dead dog gets him out of our face, so be it.
