i want to know what’s behind my deep and rapid mood swings, especially since i’m still very depressed while they happen. but i know the people here biased against hormones so i don’t want to mention it.

i can’t cope with this shit i wanted to kill myself until like two hours ago now i just want to go shopping and eat something good

seriously though i feel like i’m annoying, like i should talk less and take up less space. and half the things i say are motivated by emotional outbursts anyway.

what do you do when your brain has you on edge for absolutely no reason whatsoever?

my brain is like that constantly without any breaks so i just kinda decide to roll with it. i mean, what else am i gonna do besides keep going and just hope. you could take a nice bath or do something distracting and relaxing. or maybe just write down how you feel. that helps.

also you’re a good person, you’re safe, you have people who love and support you.
