If *I* were invited, I would decline. And, I'm not a hater like her. But I wouldn't trust myself to set trans policy. Much less an actual partisan.

I mean generally that if you intend to set policy about the lives of sexual minorities, it may be good practice to consult the needs, wants and challenges of that group, instead of letting the Worst Person You Know do it.
