bottom round roast for the weekend's meal prep. i did mesquite in the foil pouch plus threw applewood right on the charcoal when turning every 30 minutes and in about 90 minutes i had a couple pounds of hell yeah brother at 150 internal. i think people can get away with 135 but i bought it on Weds.
