HERE it's different. here the ui makes you perseverate on the person who just told you no. there is no once else for you to call so you try to win them over like Michael Scott doing his days as a telemarketer in Season 4.

literally when they are making the lists and updating them, if someone says "you ghouls how dare you ask this of me this year after you went around congress. fuck you. fuck you for even trying with this shit" over the phone, you would make a note and then try getting everyone else registered.
