After months of concerted Russian attacks, Ukrainian forces have retreated from the heights around of Chasiv Yar, west of Bakhmut, Donetsk Region. The heights around the town are a vital position that gives commanding views of the area to whoever holds it. apnews.com/article/russ...

Huh. Seems like EU member Orban has it backwards. Treaty if ruzzia withdraws from four territories it's illegally occupying.
