It doesn't hurt to hope. But that ain't how I read SCOTUS on the admissibility of official acts WHILE Prez (like ordering aides to put X or Y docs in the boxes bound for MaL), nor how I read their willingness to rule for this defendant when the "official/unofficial act" rulings reach them again.
