There are still the occasional fireworks going off around here and I can safely say that my children are far more startled by “Mom accidentally kicking some cardboard” than “munitions exploding outside”.

That looks sarcastic, but it wasn't meant to be.

Ours finally stopped around 12:30 tonight. But we’re at either 4 or 5 straight nights of booms, I can’t remember anymore.
