This is the fundamental problem. The rich, white, old men in charge of all the media outlets honestly, deeply believe that there is no difference between the two candidates.
And fundamentally, that is so at odds with reality that it is destroying the ability of news to at all educate or inform.
Remember just a few years ago about “print journalism is dying!” And we were all, “Noooo.” And now we’re approaching, “This bitch ain’t common back, time to pull the plug.” Local journalism is at the point of “just decapitate the zombie,” & national journalism is, “the Trump bump is our only hope.”
