That's my big question with Biden Harris. She's never going to win a presidential election, what were they thinking? I thought the whole plan was he would be a single termer, then pass it along to the next generation. There were other veep candidates where that was possible.

So you're telling me signal upgrades haven't been happening all these decades since we haven't had congestion pricing? Regardless of the merits of congestion pricing, the MTA needs to get its shit together and run a reliable and efficient service.
Sure, but it needs money!! That was a key point of the congestion pricing - fund the critical upgrades needed on the MTA by taxing those wealthy/stupid (?) enough to drive their cars into the city.
