But that does NOT preclude such evidence from consideration in the proceeding to determine whether the acts were official.

The Supreme Court did not only pervert and distort the Constitution today -- they partially undid the Declaration of Independence as well.
The ENTIRE POINT of independence was to separate from a king who was above the law.
