5 cents paper bag tax is such a deal, it is HEATHER the BEEFCAT's absolute favorite toy Hell I spend $2 on a pair of bags infused with the nip as a special holiday treat for our cats last year. $.05 is indeed a steal! I purposely avoid paper bags because they will be shredded, fought over, DRAGGED INTO MY BED AT 3 AM & otherwise used to torment me. Ask that for 5 cents whatta deal
