Here's what I'd like: an indie publishing label that's kinda like a next generation EA BIG, releasing big, bold sports games with killer soundtracks, stylish visuals, and interesting twists on familiar gameplay.

Just realised that now RetroArch is on the App Store, I can turn my iPad/Apple Pencil into a big DS. I still own and regularly play an actual DS, but it's nice to have the option for my annual Hotel Dusk replay. (Play Hotel Dusk.)

I think my problem (well, one of them) with the Silent Hill 2 remake is that it looks too clean. The original had this palpable layer of grime that you could almost SMELL. You felt like it was going to start oozing out of your TV. Just incredible texture work.

Selaco (2024). It's impossible to overstate how much ass this whips. From the cat and mouse A.I. engagements that feel unlike anything else to the sense that almost each room features a unique history of being and purpose; and an opium-tier shotgun. I'm reeling from how good it is. A masterpiece.

I got the final publication dates for my upcoming Alien: Isolation book. Excited and slightly terrified that people will soon be reading this thing that has existed entirely within my head for the last ~2 years.

A SNES-inspired instruction booklet I wrote/designed for Pepper Grinder, which we made available as a PDF on the game's Steam page. I'll be making more of these for future Devolver releases too. Manuals are back, baby!!!

Shout out to anyone who's ever regretted a creative project halfway through, but seen it through to the end anyway through sheer pig-headedness.
