Pizza! Crust could be a bit higher around the edges, i blame the flour for that. Otherwise perfect. Iberico chorizo, cheese and rucola on top. 🍽️🍜

Clams in apple cider, with dill and parsley from my own garden. Garlic, onion, olive oil. Some sourdough bread for the juice. 🍜🍽️🐚

Todays lunch :) bocartes (canned fatty fish), tuna rilette, marinated tomatoes with home grown thyme, cabrales (local blue cheese), charred asparagus, Afuega'l Pitu (the orange cheese), and i made lemon ice (sorbet but the fruit is yoghurt, lighter than froyo). 🍜🍽️🐟🧀

Flame charred little gem with walnut, apple, and raisins. Dressing with mustard, maple syrup, and fried lemon. 🍽️🍜

Yesterdays left over burger meat (beef) with onion, tomato, melted cheese and pickled onion. 🍜🍽️

Crispy chili chicken. Sous vide 60c. With almonds and sesame seeds, served on stir fried Napa cabbage. 🍽️🍜

Made a beef roulade. Sous vide, 51c. Filled with thyme and black pepper. The beef was a bit dry 😔prob not the best cut. Eaten with a prune sauce, baked mushrooms and baked potatoes. Thyme, rosemary, and prunes out of our own garden 🌿🍜🍽️

Curry (thai-ish) with potato and peas, and hake fillet. 🍽️🍜🐟

I find it more difficult since I moved countries (and half my kitchen is in storage..) to find space in my kitchen and in my head for food photos. But i'm still baking, and since my prunus brigantina (prune-like apricot) is giving fruit, I also made jam.

We moved to Spain and our current, temporary, house has a 3500m2 garden full of 'weeds', many with flowers. I took a photo of each species (18! For now) and determined them. #flower 🌱🏵️🌼This is Daucus carota, or Wild carrot.

(my take on) fabada asturiana. With chorizo, beans, lentils and potatoes. 🍽️🍜 In less than a month we will move to Asturias.

Sweet miso aubergine 🍆 with maple syrup, and savoury king oyster. A butter-miso sauce drizzled over the aubergine and a ginger-scalion sauce with sesame oil with the king oyster. 🍜🍽️
