if it’s stuffed is it them a dumpling and no longer a noodle? pasta perverts, I’m asking questions Ravioli are dumplings, tortellini are not. I cannot justify this but my heart knows it to be true. Now I want to see what happens if I make a ravioli and cook it in the steamer basket instead of boiling it
