She's so good.

She did a great job with us on the same Unsuk Chin piece that was on that Bowl program, as well as the Korngold violin concerto and Tchaik 2. Not exactly familiar rep, and she brought out the best in it imo.

Unfortunately missed her last NYP concert - especially since it included a piece by Jerod Tate.

I'm sure she'll be back around before long. Her star is definitely on the rise.

I have to say a lot of the new young conductors make me sad because they're in their 20s/30s and aren't going to be in their real primes ... Until I'm dead.

Have you worked under Anja Bihlmaier yet? She’s the shit too and I wish she was in the states more. Not as young but omg she’s great.

Nope, don't know her. But there are a lot of German conductors who don't make the rounds in the States much.

I've heard of her, she's made a few recordings. I think one just came out.

She just worked with the National Symphony and is returning next year. She’s with New World next winter but I wish she’d be invited by some others. Florida blows right now but I’m trying to find “the people” to convince they need to invite her to Orlando or Tampa.
