A lawsuit filed against Northwestern University opened a new front in the legal battle against affirmative action, alleging that its law school hires less-qualified people of color and women over White men for faculty positions in violation of federal anti-discrimination laws.
I keep waiting for a company or university to respond to this charge by saying "Yes, but it's to make up for centuries of hiring less qualified white men."
…because apparently, by definition, obviously women and people of color are inherently less qualified, ie since they are by definition less white and/or less male…
🤦🏽♀️
Am so weary of this shite.
I wonder which way the Roberts SCOTUS will vote on this? /s Face it. Affirmative Action and DEI are dead ducks for the next 30-40 years. You can thank everyone who stayed home in 2016 because "both parties are just the same."
