Last night's sleeplessness is starting to catch up with me. Might need a nap this morning.

Been expecting a District Nurse all day to do me a bladder wash. Still no sign, though they do work until 8:30, and then backup service thereafter. I just dislike waiting all day for someone to arrive - there's no chance of relaxing properly.
