This is a nice confessional space, so I'll admit something and see if anyone has advice/shaming.
I have never had a regular primary care physician. Not since getting my own job/insurance in 2006. I ring phone trees, find doctors with months-long waits, and give up. Repeat every six months.
Years ago, I crowdsourced a playlist based on the question "What song puts you in a good mood immediately?" It was on Spotify, but I don't use that anymore, so I moved an edited version over to Apple Music. If you ever need such a thing, here it is. music.apple.com/us/playlist/...
