It's because of the #tracker domain mmtrkr.com. Is it really necessary to track your mail subscribers? O_O If tracking is needed, isn't it better to put it on your website to ensure the mail links work?
The tracker domain is owned by Squarespace as per www.whois.com/whois/mmtrkr...
Regardless, it's still a domain used for tracking and thus blocked by default in many anti-tracking services/packages, and so on. The result is, the mail links are dead.
Either way, it goes to show it's better to use a direct link to your website when blasting email updates. Tracking through someone else's domain name puts you under the mercy of their domain (Squarespace in this case).
