it certainly has communist elements. Nemik is pretty clearly meant to provoke the image of an idealistic young communist down to his red space ushanka and his book.
i’m biased but i see Ferrix as anarcho/syndicalist? horizontal organization among workers & no clear leader for the empire to target.
