I don't post often on Substack, but today felt like a good day to write about my decision to cancel my @nytimes.com subscription. I'd been wanting to for a while, but the last straw was them publishing the "hey, you don't need to vote" nonsense. Enjoy!

I mostly appreciate the intellectual content. Sometimes there’s an obvious veneer of being shoved into biases with articles scrubbed to present that. Unfortunately NYT goal is trying to please a certain segment of the overlords, not always present journalistic truth,(approved🙄)comments keep it real.
