Is this a recent screenshot? They used to do that, but I cancelled mine online just a couple of days ago. Maybe the influx of cancellations got their attention.

I woke up to everything cancelled, even though I believe I've paid July already.

I got a bank refund about two days after cancellation, so keep an eye out to see if they credit you.
