Dr. Hamdi Baroud, a prominent law professor at Al-Azhar University's Faculty of Law in Gaza and a former dean of the faculty, disappeared on January 27 during the Israeli invasion of Khan Yunis.
Today, locals discovered his body, shot and killed in areas recently vacated by Israeli forces.
