These border charges on goods are the result of being outside the EU single market. And this little turd knows that, wanted that and is now lying about it, unchallenged, on his sad-arse show.
Brexit is crushingly damaging and idiotic and only relentless dishonesty can protect it.
He knows he is lying, misrepresenting, and bullshitting.
If I did that, I would feel guilty for doing so and would not repeat that behaviour. But Rees-Mogg does it day after day after day, and he's only one of many Tories in the media.

Rees Mogg is a more blatant liar than Johnson. He doesn't even attempt a reasoned argument for his position because he knows it to be untenable. His disdain for us is only surpassed by my loathing for him.
He's moaning because he's not getting what he wanted from the Brexit heist. The Mogg-Minford demand is unilateral free trade. Throw open the borders, inevitably destroying all productive industries and making us wholly dependent on finance, Singapore-on-Thames, etc etc.
