Holy crap Amazon added a chatbot to its app and it's 1) incredibly annoying 2) absolutely tanking the page load speed 3) undoubtedly burning more fossil fuels than I will in my whole life just to let me ask "what do the reviews say" in natural language. Taking a gigantic dump to replace a button.
