This NBA Draft is going to be a real struggle between two realities: 1) NBA GMs are conservative bordering on cowardly in taking big swings, and 2) something like 80%-90% of the prospects in this draft are risky propositions at best
This has been considered a weak draft for the last two years and any GM, even Atlanta’s, would be forgiven for trading out, but GMs love nothing more than to work the phones and then use their pick anyway
it's the perfect draft for someone like the Bulls to come swaggering in and make some huge bold trade for, like, some undersized 4 who will be out of the league after his rookie contract.
