Queuing is also going to be impacted by the ID check aspect. Slows things down a bit

Didn't take much time for a valid ID. It's the invalid ID conversations that will take up time. I wonder if the total number of invalid IDs will be published?

Most without id will know beforehand and not go to the polling station. Have met 3 so far today in this position, 1 during locals.

Without ID is one thing. Invalid/fake IDs are quite another.

IIRC Boris Johnson took his gas bill into the local elections to vote, only to be turned away.
