as someone who developed medium-level aphantasia after having vivid mental images for most of my life, I'm continually surprised that my drawings still turn out okay! I think the mechanical memory helps, I've been drawing the same for decades 💧
It is literally magical for me to watch y’all
draw or paint.
I just fundamentally can’t grasp most of the stages or where they’re going until they suddenly come together into the final image.
