The Ever-Upvoted Goldmask: I need to start another batch, homemade mead is the shit

I've finally bottled my first homebrewed mead. "Golden Calf." It's... wonderful. I'm super surprised it worked out as well as it did. The taste has a nice honey afternote and it's really not very sweet at all. It's also somewhere between 16-17% ABV.
