I've finally bottled my first homebrewed mead.

It's... wonderful. I'm super surprised it worked out as well as it did. The taste has a nice honey afternote and it's really not very sweet at all. It's also somewhere between 16-17% ABV.
Congratulations! I don't know anything about that process, but doing a project like that and finishing it is very rewarding, I imagine. The taste sounds delightful.
