They spend more going after fare evasion then any revenue they would gain from all the fares lost due to evasion not to mention the wasted funds upgrading turnstyles to collect fares

One of the best things about this would be the people it would push into stroking out. Like you can 100% see who would die screaming when free tickets, funded by congestion pricing were announced, and none of them would be missed.
