More specific to the discourse:
1. "This is chemically similar to this other chemical" is trite bullshit. It's how you get a bunch of weird dudes thinking soy is basically HRT.
2. "This alleviates symptoms" isn't an addiction. My wife isn't "addicted" to Rituximab for fuck's sake.
Wow. I thought the whole "these two things have the same chemical, so eating that bread is just like eating a yoga mat" discourse was the most scientifically illiterate trend of our age (Non-vaccine division).
