RJ Palmer was never seen again after January 11. We only have his final message to go off for why he disappeared into the ether how he did. Examiners have still yet to determine the significance of the Big-dicked Godzilla, but they are steadfast in believing this will provide an answer and closure.
Since a lot of people just see posts from folks they follow you need to focus on getting retweets and posting during peak hours more here than on twitter it seems.
I'm not RJ, but there is no algo here, at least not in the default main feed. It's a good old fashioned chronological feed of people you follow. So, post interesting stuff, follow interesting people, hopefully they follow back and share your interesting stuff.
The main feed contains all posts/reposts and some replies from people you follow. Replies are more complex, as there are user settings for how many likes that reply must have to appear in the main feed (the default is 2). When replies appear in the main feed they include the post being replied to.
