Doesn't get more poetic than actually going blind because you were willfully blind to a scam featuring the ugliest art imaginable.

A bunch of people went to a bored ape event in Hong Kong and it used UV lights that burned their eyes, leaving some temporarily and maybe in a few cases permanently blind. To be clear this was an event specifically and only for people who own bored ape NFTs.

I often wonder if I just started posting art from cancelled Ubisoft games I worked on if anyone is even left at the studios who'd remember it was art for that project. I worked on 5 new IPs and one sequel(all cancelled) when I was there and all of that year+ of work is locked away in the vault.
