I looked at the source of the one-star Goodreads rating for The Originalism Trap and their other low reviews were like 'this book is woke' or 'too BLM' and buddy you are simply in the wrong place
My first 1* goodreads review for Red Darkling hurt until I looked at the person's other ratings. All the 4* and 5* are serious military scifi. Like, thanks for giving my book a chance, but I'm not sure what you expected from the cover/blurb.
No one book is for every reader, and that's ok.
Lol yeah those are selling points for me, as a reader.
I have a little progressive pride flag I put on my table for author events. I figure, it's a low- impact way of letting people know what I'm about, if that's important to them in either direction.
