That's the good stuff, not this newfangled modern stuff that they mass produce in days and don't even bury properly.
Electrolytes makes water easier to drink.
Regular water dries your mouth but it does NOT dehydrate you. The drying is due to the minerals they put in purified water for "taste". The water still does its job.
Electrolyte water with no dyes is the best way though. Electrolytes are important.
