I am the only person in this place who speaks English as a first language, lunch is going to be delicious

Update: I was correct, I am now full of carnitas and chorizo torta, and I will be taking a nap.

I went to a Korean food hall yesterday, and there were exactly three white people in the entire place. It was fantastic.

This was a nearby Mexican grocery and restaurant. I was excited when I saw they have lengua and tripa on the menu every day, pozole and tamales on Saturdays, and menudo on Sundays.

Oh that’s always a good sign. My local version of that place speaks zero English whatsoever, it rules. I’ve never seen another gringo in there. Let us know what you get!

I had a carnitas and chorizo torta, with red sauce. Lemon got two sopes, one asada and one chorizo.
