Dear Africans on here, Can y'all answer this question: what exactly does the African Union do?

As someone who grew up on the continent, I legit cannot tell you a single thing that the AU has ever accomplished. Nothing. To me, they are just a liaison when the international community needs stuff from Africans

I sometimes can't help feeling like the African Union is filled with idiots. Proper idiots.
