Small, offsetting revisions to January/February. Nets out to a gain of 22,000 more jobs than initially reported.
Blowout household survey. Labor force and employment both grew by nearly half a million. Unemployment down slightly. Narrowing the gap between the two surveys.
The Black unemployment rate jumped 0.8 points to 6.4%, highest since August 2022. Monthly numbers are noisy, but certainly concerning.
