It always amazes me that pelicans can get airborne. They're so solid looking

They not only get airborne, they do it synchronistically with other pelicans. There were two groups on the bay, right around the corner from each other. They all took off at the same time and merged into a line as they flew off across the bay. 😊

Like they should have 2 people peddling them!
