Anybody who has ever made the argument that gun rights are necessary to protect democracy - you have argued for this very thing. Using a gun to protect from an overbearing government means shooting politicians, police, judges. That is what you have been arguing for.

This is a great article. The court knows best. I think giving presidents immunity enables the court to be the ultimate power broker. They wait until some insane president trys .. anything.. and then only the court can give it a thumbs up or down.
