The "draft Whitmer!" crowd is apparently wildly unaware of how skipping over Kamala Harris would play with the Black women who make up the base of the Democratic Party.
Nah they have a point. The VP is often seen as the presumptive nominee - the party turning away from her could be seen as a snub to a qualified Black woman, regardless of her rizz deficiency.
Triply so if age takes Biden during his term and she serves some time as potus.
