I would love to see the official statistics, but I strongly suspect that if everyone over the age of 65 (maybe 60) mysteriously died tomorrow, the housing crisis would be solved in less than a month.

This speaks to my long-held belief that if you can't vote until you're 18, you shouldn't be allowed to vote after you turn 65 either.
