When I saw how bad the ratings were I was kind of surprised that I instantly thought “good I hope they go away, they aren’t helping anything or anyone”
Similarly startled in 2017 when I got a call for a gig there and…couldn’t call back. Just too repulsed at the idea of helping make news stories into “who on the panel dunked best about it”
Didn’t think my feelings about them were that stark, got there ahead of my conscious mind
