Dems at all levels should be mentioning this in every single interview.
Project 2025 was from the Chris Rufo school of fascist communications, where you discuss your evil schemes out loud, confident the "normies" are not paying enough attention to notice. But now it seems less politically engaged people are taking notice. www.salon.com/2024/07/05/p...
Project 2025 was supposed to boost Donald Trump's campaign — but now it may be backfiringwww.salon.com Trump's authoritarian game plan is breaking through to people who haven't heard of it — and it's scaring them

there's so much democrats should be making noise about, but they're silent.

Blue or Red is a vote for the Oligarchy. We're 24 years into a coup by the Bush Crime Family.

I agree that both options are bad. What I'm not seeing is a non-voting option that does anything but cede the most ground possible to the worst actors.

You can't change the outcome unless you are a member of the owner class or you are willing to sacrifice your body for the team. It doesn't matter if you vote because we know that SCOTUS and the GOP state legislatures only need 1 slate of electors to fail to trigger their plan into action.

I'm not willing to sacrifice my body for the team (and neither is almost anyone else) but I think beating Trump is a net good regardless. I still haven't seen anything to convince me otherwise.

That's not a long term plan. But I don't understand how anyone thinks that's an unreasonable step one.

The "electoral college" wants dividends, not democracy.

Ok, but I don't see how this is a response to "defeating Trump is better than handing him even more power than last time".

There's a whole thing about preemptively ceding ground to fascists, like even if they steal the election by refusing to send electors, no one should preemptively hand it to them. Make it as painful and costly as possible.
