Cutest little bar called Small Talk (tiny!) I must put it in a book

The right way to celebrate your 24th wedding anniversary (in a ruin on a mountain outside Woodstock). We had a great day, and really love the town and it’s welcome of us queer-trending folk. We met 26 years ago in August.

Today we drove to a Tibetan monetary, then hiked to the ruins of a turn of the century hotel crumbling on Overlook Mountain (NY), then onward to the fire lookout tower for the view.

Met a friend on my evening walk.

Today, we celebrated Arabella’s birthday posthumously. A bunch of us gathered at Ben’s, we shared stories and talked, ate cake and snacks, made fancy coffee. We each got a necklace w/her initial and a stiletto, which was part of her signature—a symbol. It was a beautiful thing to gather this way.

A squirrel was following us. We thought it might be thirsty in this heat so we poured him some water. He was so happy!
