Last week I noticed two pieces of identical copy for two pieces, one of which I'm working on. One had an n dash the other had a hyphen. So we had to have a debate about the official use. They incorrectly went with the hyphen.
This week, different team correctly used the n dash BUT...
... The system that it needs to go on doesn't recognize special characters so they have to incorrectly use a hyphen. However, I'm not authorized to make text changes. Neither is the Requestor? It has to go up the chain to the PM.
